Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a GPU Software Engineer (CUDA) to design and optimize compute-intensive workloads on modern accelerator hardware, with a focus on AI training, inference, HPC, and data processing. This role emphasizes delivering high-performance GPU software that scales across platforms.

You will work with product, design, engineering, and operations teams to translate ambiguous requirements into robust solutions, mentor junior engineers, and drive measurable production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/CE or related field.
• 6+ years of GPU programming and performance engineering experience.
• Strong CUDA C/C++ skills and knowledge of GPU programming models.
• Familiar with GPU architectures, memory hierarchies and execution models.
• Experience profiling and optimizing GPU workloads in production.
• Familiar with NCCL, MPI, and high-performance interconnects.
• Experience integrating custom kernels into ML frameworks.
• Strong C++ skills and modern systems programming.
