Betafeld Technologies, LLC is seeking a dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive the tech strategy and lead the development of our MatLoop platform. You will guide a growing team in delivering scalable, reliable solutions for upcycling farm-level food waste, partnering with co-founders on product direction and market positioning.

Ideal candidates have strong engineering leadership, a track record in strategic technology planning, and excellent communication with customers and investors.

Formación

• Led technology strategy development and execution in a scalable environment.
• Experience guiding AI/ML or data-driven product development preferred.
• Strong ability to translate complex tech concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with Betafeld's mission.
• Lead design, development, and deployment of the MatLoop platform with scalability in mind.
• Build and mentor a high-performing technology team and foster a collaborative culture.
• Engage with customers to understand technical needs and delivery requirements.
• Engage with investors; prepare pitches highlighting tech innovation and market potential.
