A customer-focused healthcare service provider is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to support military healthcare needs. This role involves assisting customers with healthcare inquiries and claims through various communication channels. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and knowledge of healthcare claims. Join a mission to provide outstanding service to our nation’s heroes.
Location: 100% Remote - MUST RESIDE IN ALASKA TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS POSITION
Pay: $22/hour base pay plus $4.93/hour in fringe benefits
Job type: Full-time, permanent role
Schedule: 8-hour shift between 7 AM and 6 PM Alaska time | 40 hours weekly
This is a 100% remote position working from home
Work equipment will be sent directly to the provided physical address.
A cash deposit on your behalf that meets the Health and Welfare rate of $4.93 per hour up to 40 hours a week will be deposited into your 401(k).
This rate is subject to change upon determination by the Government.
The Health and Welfare rate is not considered part of your base pay and will not apply to payment of overtime hours worked.
