Job summary

Network Designs, Inc. is seeking a CSfC Architect to design, develop, and implement Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) systems in line with NSA guidelines.

The role requires deep expertise in secure communications, cryptographic solutions, and complex network architectures for government and defense clients. The ideal candidate will lead integration of commercial technologies into classified environments, ensure compliance with CSfC requirements, and coordinate with NSA/DoD stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/InfoSec/EE or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years IT experience with security architecture, network security, or cryptography.
• Experience with CSfC solutions or secure network architectures; NSA CSfC familiarity.
• Knowledge of encryption technologies, VPNs (IPsec, TLS), PKI, key management, and secure mobile solutions.
• Familiarity with NSA CSfC program components (CPs).
• Knowledge of Federal and DoD security policies, including NIST, FIPS, RMF.
• Experience obtaining certifications and ATO for classified environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design NSA-approved CSfC solutions to protect classified information at rest and in transit using commercial tech.
• Develop layered security architectures using encryption, VPNs, PKI, mobile, and wireless tech in CSfC compliance.
• Ensure designs align with DoD, NSA, and government security policies and standards.
• Independently engage vendors to discuss new technologies and solution requirements.
• Lead deployment and integration of CSfC components (IPsec, TLS) into client systems.
