Job summary

Chainsage is a fully remote, sub-20-person quantitative trading firm operating across major crypto venues. We build proprietary, low-latency market-making and basis-arbitrage systems from first principles. We value autonomy, have no hierarchy, and seek exceptional people of various experience levels for our trading team.

You will analyze, optimize strategies, monitor systems, and cover shifts. Ideal background includes engineering, math, finance or related fields; interest in crypto;

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Sciences, Math, Finance, Economics, Business or related areas
• Attention to detail, self-discipline and an analytical mindset
• Experience and interest in crypto trading or investing

Responsibilities

• Provide input and perform analysis to improve capital efficiency
• Understand and optimize trading strategies and parameters
• Support the trade life cycle: execution, reconciliation, inventory utilization
• Manage risk levels and collateral
• Cover scheduled monitoring shifts with engineers
