Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Analyst, Business Controller on the Accounting team to serve as Finance's central coordinator for crypto product launches. The role ensures financial integrity and audit readiness by aligning accounting, tax, treasury, and operations across a growing product portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance, accounting, or controllership with crypto/fintech exposure.
• CPA certification (or in progress) with technical accounting foundation.
• Proven cross-functional coordination to drive launches from scoping to go-live.
• Experience documenting fund flows and accounting treatment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with finance stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to evaluate new trade strategies and coordinate implementation.
• Serve as trusted advisor to the business, reducing friction in product launches.
• Produce documentation of fund flows, key financial risks, and accounting decisions, with executive updates.
• Scope, design, and implement financial controls to address risks and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT to automate processes and scale workflows.
