Job summary

As a travel planner, you’ll coordinate accommodations, transport, activities, and excursions, while communicating with clients through every step of the planning process. No prior travel experience is required, and you can reside anywhere in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable using a computer and online resources.
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule.
• Previous travel experience is not required.
• Must reside within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Research cruises, resorts, destinations, flights, and vacation packages.
• Help clients compare options based on preferences and budget.
• Coordinate accommodations, transportation, excursions, and activities.
• Communicate with clients throughout the planning process.
• Provide helpful destination information and recommendations.
• Assist with reservations, questions, and travel changes when needed.
