You will access exclusive supplier deals, track confirmations, and participate in online trainings to stay informed. Strong organizational and communication skills, plus a love for travel, are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally allowed to work in the U.S.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Passion for cruising and travel experiences.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using online tools.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting and booking cruises and add-on travel services
• Recommend cruise lines, itineraries, cabins, and excursions tailored to client needs
• Work with cruise suppliers to access special deals and group rates
• Handle changes, upgrades, or cancellations with care
• Track bookings, confirmations, and customer preferences
• Attend virtual trainings and supplier sessions to stay informed
