Effy Jewelry, a luxury jewelry brand, seeks a Construction Design Manager to drive cruise ship retail builds from concept to completion. You will translate brand identity into onboard spaces and coordinate with internal teams, cruise line partners, outfitters, and vendors.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years managing design projects, strong communication, and the ability to work across international cruise port projects. Remote candidates nationwide are welcome, with NYC HQ onsite five days a week.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, construction management or related field is required.
• Credentials with NCIDQ, AIA, or CSI are preferred.
• 3+ years of proven experience in project execution and construction, cruise ship experience preferred.
• Experience in construction administration in interior-related projects is a plus.
• Excellent project management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee cruise ship retail store construction projects from initiation to turnover.
• Coordinate with planning teams, design leads, contractors, and operations to meet timelines and budgets.
• Provide design direction to outfitters and vendors while maintaining brand standards.
• Monitor quality assurance across vendors and site visits, including port and shipyard travel.
• Manage project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
