Job summary

Pacific Journey Consulting is seeking detail-oriented Cruise & Resort Specialists to help clients plan and book travel from home. This remote role offers a flexible schedule and a collaborative team environment reporting to a team lead.

You will design customized itineraries, evaluate client preferences and budgets, book flights, hotels and tours, and provide support before, during and after travel. Training is provided, travel benefits are included, and compensation is performance-based.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and device.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and book customized travel itineraries.
• Evaluate client preferences and budgets to recommend solutions.
• Book a variety of travel services including flights, hotels, and tours.
• Provide professional support before, during, and after travel.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns.
• Attend ongoing training and professional development sessions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers for optimal service delivery.
