Responsibilities

Coordinate cruise bookings, cabin selections, add-ons, and special requests.
Provide up-to-date information on travel requirements, documentation, and cruise line policies.
Manage booking changes, upgrades, payment reminders, and cancellations as needed.
Follow up with clients before and after travel to confirm details and collect feedback.
