Travel Navigator Co. is seeking a Cruise Specialist to help clients choose and book cruise vacations that suit their preferences, from comparing options to confirming every detail.

You will assist clients with selecting and booking cruises, explain options, understand travel dates and budgets, and maintain organized records of bookings and payments. This remote role offers training and access to industry tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or travel is helpful but not required.
• Ability to explain options clearly and help clients feel confident in their decisions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using computers, web-based systems, and online communication tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet access.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in your location.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with selecting and booking cruises.
• Explain trip options, including cabin and room categories, dining, and package inclusions.
• Speak with clients to understand their travel dates, group needs, and budgets.
• Recommend cruise lines, ships, and resorts that fit each client's goals.
• Confirm availability, pricing, and reservation details with suppliers.
• Guide clients through the booking process and make sure all details are accurate.
• Maintain organized records of bookings, payments, and client information.
• Follow up with clients before travel and assist with changes or updates when needed.
• Follow company procedures and support the team with administrative tasks as needed
