Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Lead Cross Domain Architect to design, deploy, and maintain cross-domain solutions for federal environments. You will lead architecture efforts, guide security-minded practices through the SDLC, and mentor team members while delivering mission-critical network modernization.

The role requires 15+ years Linux administration, 10+ years Cross Domain Solutions experience, DoD 8570 IASAE Level III, CISSP or CASP, and a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Linux administration experience (Red Hat, CentOS) incl. architecture/design/ops
• 10+ years of Cross Domain Solutions experience with listed products and platforms
• Experience with design/deploy/implement of Network Security components (firewalls, switches, VPNs)
• Secret clearance
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or Information Security Systems Engineering
• Ability to obtain DoD 8570 IASAE Level III Certification within 60 days of start
• CISSP or CASP certification

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Cross Domain Solutions for an enterprise environment
• Follow security-minded practices through the System Development Lifecycle
• Ensure infrastructure is functional and available; update or patch critical systems
• Provide customers insight into their network through monitoring and performance management
• Lead and mentor team; share expertise and develop new methodologies
• Identify opportunities to modernize the network to meet customer needs
