Job summary

SpaceXSI is building Grok to enable multilingual audio interactions. We seek an AI Tutor specializing in Croatian and English to train Grok for voice, speech, and cross-cultural nuances across languages. You will curate audio data, annotate transcripts, and help improve perception of prosody and accents.

The role supports remote work worldwide, with US-based compensation of $35–$45 per hour. Applicants should demonstrate initiative, independence, and strong attention to linguistic detail.

Qualifications

• Native proficiency in Croatian with diverse accents and dialects.
• English proficiency at B2+ level with clear, natural pronunciation for audio work.
• Strong auditory perception to identify nuances across languages.
• Experience handling multilingual audio content and evaluating speech accuracy.
• Ability to translate/localize text between English and Croatian while preserving meaning.

Responsibilities

• Use proprietary software to label, annotate, record, and input multilingual audio data.
• Translate and localize UI strings, prompts, and responses from English to Croatian.
• Support the creation of high-quality, natural-sounding audio data with proper prosody and accents.
• Collaborate with technical staff to improve speech modulation handling and noise robustness.
• Improve annotation tools and workflows for efficient audio data processing.
