Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks a Contract CRM Data Lead / Project Manager to design and implement a new in-house CRM data platform for an asset management client. You will own the data model, align Sales, Client Service, Compliance, Operations, and Tech, and drive the program from concept through launch.

Remote contract role with competitive W2 benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k match, and life insurance. Rate: $80.00–$90.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading CRM, client data, distribution, or customer master data initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the CRM implementation roadmap and project plan.
• Lead requirements gathering across institutional, intermediary, wealth, operations, compliance, and technology teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and drive cross-functional decision-making.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, milestones, and communications.
• Provide delivery oversight through implementation and launch.
• Own the conceptual and logical CRM data model.
