Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Advanced Practice Provider to manage adult ICU patients via a tele-critical care program. The APP must be a NP or PA, Acute Care Board Certified, with at least three years of recent critical care experience and active multi-state licensure where applicable.

Responsibilities include history taking, physical exams, planning of care, and participating in quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of recent critical care experience practicing as an NP or PA.
• Acute Care Board Certification required.
• Active RN/APRN license in state(s) of practice and national board certification.

Responsabilités

• Obtain medical history and perform physical exams for ICU patients.
• Document findings and prepare care plans including medications and tests.
• Attend group meetings and contribute to policies, procedures, and quality initiatives.
• Provide care at the top of licensure and collaborate with the healthcare team.
