Job summary

Compass Health Network is seeking a Weekend Evenings Crisis Line Clinician to provide immediate, person-centered crisis intervention by phone for callers in distress. This part-time role runs weekends 4:00pm-12:00am, 16 hours weekly, with remote work available to Missouri residents.

You will assess safety, link callers to services, and document interactions in line with agency standards. Candidates should have an Associate degree (60 college credits) or higher; a Bachelor's is preferred, and

Qualifications

• Associate degree or completion of 60 college credit hours.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field preferred.
• At least one year of experience in behavioral health or human services if Associate degree is highest.
• Working knowledge of DSM-V required.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed and person-centered crisis intervention via phone.
• Assess caller needs, screen for safety, and connect to appropriate services.
• Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency standards.
• Participate in supervision and team meetings to support continuous improvement.
