Qualifications

• 2+ years in foreclosure, collections, title claims, creditors' rights, or related default servicing experience.
• Experience representing lenders, mortgage servicing clients, financial institutions, or creditors preferred.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize in a remote setting.
• Additional state bar licenses are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage foreclosure, collections, and title claims for institutional clients.
• Handle a steady, high-volume caseload in a creditors' rights practice.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement communications.
• Assist with contested matters, court appearances, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and operations teams to move files efficiently.
• Provide clear client updates and maintain accurate case tracking.
• Apply sound legal judgment in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborate remotely with a multi-state team while independently handling assigned matters.
