Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of experience in public accounting or related field.
• 3 years supervisory experience.
• Active CPA or equivalent certification.
• Ability to travel based on client and business needs.
• Proficient use of applicable technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence and field examinations for clients.
• Supervise, train and mentor staff; provide performance feedback.
• Serve as SME within the business unit.
• Act as trusted advisor; communicate solutions to client and team.
• Manage engagement deliverables and perform quality reviews.
• Support new client development with upper management; participate in meetings and proposals.
• Oversee billing and project realization; develop budgets and explain variances.
• Understand client needs and align services.
• Foster team environment and support management decisions.
• Suggest improvements to internal procedures.
• Identify business opportunities for clients and CBIZ.
