Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual tax returns.
• Strong tax preparation experience with commercial tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
• Provide tax advice and manage product/software inquiries.
• Interact with customers via video communication software.
