You will own ad production end to end, write copy for Meta, YouTube, and short-form videos, and collaborate with editors and designers to produce high-converting ads.

This role rewards independent, deep work, with compensation structured from $6k to $10k per month plus performance bonuses, and the chance to grow into senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Real direct-response experience with offers, VSLs, and ads.
• Proven track record of writing winning ads for scaled offers.
• Strong understanding of cold traffic psychology (low-ticket).
• Ability to write copy that is clear, emotionally sharp, and scalable.
• Preference for deep, focused work over meetings.

Responsibilities

• Create ad concepts, hooks, and angles aligned with each offer.
• Write complete ad copy for Meta, YouTube, Instagram, and other paid channels.
• Collaborate with editors and designers to produce conversion-focused ads.
• Own messaging across the funnel from ad to checkout.
