Third is a modern-commerce growth company helping brands turn new platforms into sales channels. We’re seeking a Creative Strategist to craft UGC concepts and performance-driven creative that aligns with brand goals and audience insights.

You’ll translate consumer psychology and data into compelling hooks, scripts, and briefs, collaborating with creators and editors to bring ideas to life and optimize based on performance data.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in UGC creative strategy, performance marketing, advertising, copywriting, social media, or related field.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with ability to generate many ideas.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and other short-form platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance-driven creative strategies across brands, products, and audiences.
• Analyze creative performance and translate learnings into actionable recommendations.
• Write and guide UGC scripts aligned with brand voice and objectives.
• Collaborate with creators, editors, and talent managers to execute concepts.
• Present creative recommendations and insights to internal teams and clients.
