Job summary

HLTH is seeking a Creative Strategist to blend data insight with compelling ad concepts in a fully remote, worldwide role. You will lead creative strategy, run analyses, and craft high-converting scripts for direct response campaigns.

Expect weekly ideation, hands-on scripting, and close collaboration with founders in a fast-growing startup. The role emphasizes ownership, rapid learning, and staying ahead with trends and platform changes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a creative strategist in DTC
• Fluent written and verbal English for killer ads
• Deep experience in Meta Ads, UGC, and direct response copywriting
• Able to translate learnings into action without micromanagement
• Strong understanding of customer psychology and trends
• Ability to lead projects from idea to asset with clarity

Responsibilities

• Strategize with data to drive new ads, variations, and iterations
• Identify friction points using metrics like watch, cvr, cpa, cpm, cpc
• Use research to explain why campaigns succeed or fail
• Draft briefs that guide asset creation with clear context and intent
• Oversee post-production, audits, and weekly sprint reports
