Job summary

Brafton is a leading content marketing firm with offices in Boston, London, Toronto and Sydney. This 100% remote, full-time role is open to candidates in Eastern and Atlantic Time Zone Canada.

You will craft white papers, case studies, landing pages, infographic outlines, video blog scripts and long-form articles per approved briefs. The majority of clients are B2B across technology, health, finance, business, education and marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Marketing or Communications preferred
• 1–3 years of content marketing writing experience
• Excellent writing and editing; writing clips preferred
• Extreme attention to detail
• Knowledge of AP style
• Understanding of SEO keywords and branded writing
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Self-starter and team player
• Creative mindset regarding client briefs/marketing goals
• Strong phone presence for client calls/interviews
• Ability to work with other departments such as account management, sales, social media, video and design

Responsibilities

• Research, write, and deliver high-quality content by specified deadlines
• Edit peers' work using Brafton’s editing marks and processes
• Work with account management to ensure clients’ goals are achieved
• Virtually attend project, client and team meetings
• Track writing and editing production in the in-house project management system
• Brainstorm topics for clients monthly based on briefs/industry
• Communicate directly with clients
