Shook Digital, a remote-first studio, seeks a Freelance Creative Operations Manager focused on the DACH region. You will own the concept, script, and production lifecycle, coordinating talent, schedules, and AI-assisted tools to deliver high-performing assets.

You’ll lead briefs with German-speaking creators, maintain rapid feedback loops, and ensure on-time delivery while adapting to evolving client needs. This is a project-based role with potential for expansion across multiple projects.

Qualifikationen

• Native or native-level German (C1/C2) required for leading briefs and creator feedback.
• Hands-on scriptwriting and concept development experience.
• Ability to own and optimize end-to-end production workflows.
• Deep understanding of TikTok DNA and native feel for CapCut edits.
• High agency: proactively solving problems and securing backups.
• Direct, constructive feedback to creators while maintaining relationships.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end production workflow, balancing creative taste with 20-day delivery speed.
• Develop the creative concept and script before filming.
• Work within AI-assisted systems to move production faster.
• Source and manage creator network, ensuring briefs are followed and deadlines hit.
• Provide firm, direct feedback on hooks and energy to improve performance.
• Refine modular ad structures and test assets at scale.
