Stonehenge Health, a California-based health and wellness brand, seeks a Creative Director to own creative quality and consistency across channels. You will balance brand-building with performance outcomes, lead a centralized creative function, and collaborate across marketing, ecommerce, and CRO to drive growth.

The role requires a senior leader with proven ability to scale creative output, manage remote teams, and partner with a cross-functional marketing group in a fast-paced DTC environment.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in creative leadership at DTC consumer brands, with 5+ years at Director or above.
• Built and led centralized creative teams of 8+ across multiple sub-functions.
• Deep expertise in both brand-building and performance creative, with a portfolio that demonstrates both.
• Hands-on experience with performance creative across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, native, and email/SMS.
• Strong testing and iteration discipline in DR and performance environments.
• Proven ability to ship high-volume creative output without sacrificing quality.
• Experience partnering with performance marketing, CRO, and ecommerce functions in high-velocity environments.
• Health, wellness, beauty, or consumables industry experience preferred.
• Fluent in standard creative tooling and DTC platforms (e.g., Adobe, Figma, Shopify, Klaviyo).

Responsabilidades

• Translate the CMO’s brand strategy into actionable creative direction across channels.
• Set visual direction for brand, performance, and web environments.
• Oversee high-volume ad and lifecycle creative while maintaining brand consistency.
• Lead design for landing pages, PDPs, UX, and on-site conversion.
• Manage end-to-end production for photo and video assets and optimize workflows.
• Lead a team of 8–10 across Brand, Performance, Web, and Operations.
