Job summary

Craft Massachusetts, a division within Sheehan Family Companies, is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to represent our craft beer portfolio at retail accounts in the Boston territory. The role ensures proper stocking, rotation, and merchandising to maximize visibility and sales, working with the Sales Team to execute on-shelf strategies.

Responsibilities include setting up displays, monitoring inventory, and maintaining brand standards while building strong relationships with retail staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar, preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Put away beer orders at retail accounts accurately and efficiently.
• Rotate stock to ensure freshness and proper inventory management.
• Set up displays, signage, and promotional materials in compliance with brand standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and report out-of-stock or low-stock situations.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe product displays.
• Assist with merchandising audits and reporting as requested by the ASM.
• Build relationships with retail staff to support brand presence.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
