Job summary

Parexel in Hartford, CT is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to act as the primary site contact and site manager across all phases of a clinical study, ensuring site readiness and data integrity while protecting subjects’ safety.

The candidate will bring at least 2 years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO, strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, and excellent communication skills. Expect substantial travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with science emphasis.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and site relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary site contact and site manager across trial phases.
• Manage site monitoring activities in compliance with ICH-GCP and SOPs.
• Coordinate with sponsor team to ensure site readiness and data integrity.
• Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation and visit reports.
• Travel domestically and internationally 65-75% of time.
