Qualifications

• University degree in life sciences or health field, or licensed health professional.
• At least 6 months CRA experience in CRO or pharma/biotech.
• Oncology monitoring experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; team player.
• Fluent in English and Turkish; travel up to 60% internationally.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage progress of clinical studies at investigative sites per protocol and regulations.
• Coordinate study startup and monitoring activities (investigators, regulatory submissions, visits).
