Qualifications

• Earned Ph.D. in one of the listed fields or equivalent.
• Experience leading CQI, fidelity measurement, or systems evaluation in behavioral health or human services.
• Experience partnering with diverse stakeholders to develop CQI agendas.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of CQI systems across models.
• Support design and dissemination of fidelity and QA tools with internal staff and states.
• Establish PDCA cycles with partners to translate CQI data into improvements.
• Ensure CQI deliverables align with contracts and University policies.
• Foster relationships to identify implementation challenges and CQI needs.
• Supervise CQI and data staff with direction and development.
• Lead dissemination of CQI findings via white papers, briefs, and posters.
• Communicate CQI capabilities to state leaders and partners.
• Coordinate deliverable timelines with senior leadership and support staff.
