Job summary

Graphite Financial is seeking an Accounting Senior Manager — CPG Team Lead to drive quality client delivery and develop a high-performing remote team of Client Leads, Senior Associates, and Associates serving consumer packaged goods clients. You will coach, review, and escalate as needed while upholding firm standards and executive presence with senior client contacts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA required.
7–10 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in leadership.
Demonstrated CPG accounting experience — trade promotion, inventory, landed cost, multi-channel COGS.
Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Cin7, Shopify, and 3PL systems preferred.
Strong coaching, remote leadership, and executive presence.

Responsibilities

Coach and enable Client Leads on solution design and delivery across CPG engagements.
Review engagement approaches for technical risk and firm standards; address complex issues.
Serve as escalation point for delivery challenges and capacity problems.
Ensure all team work meets Graphite quality standards before serving clients.
Conduct formal performance reviews and ongoing career development conversations.
Balance workload and adjust resources to manage peaks and coverage.
Promote cross-team coordination with Standards and Technology teams.
Engage with CPG clients during escalations when needed.
