Job summary

Grove Park Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team. You will support the Occupational Therapist in implementing resident-specific treatment plans and contribute to a collaborative rehab program.

Responsibilities include assisting assessments, implementing ADL training, monitoring progress, and maintaining thorough documentation in EMRs. You will educate residents and families on mobility techniques while working with a multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• OTA must hold an active state license.
• Experience with EMR and documentation in clinical settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in resident assessments and data collection for Section GG.
• Support treatment plans, including ADL training, under supervision.
• Monitor residents and report changes to supervising therapist.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and interventions in EMRs (Net Health/PCC).
• Educate residents and families on safe mobility techniques and exercises.
