Job summary

Source Advisors is a specialized tax consulting firm partnering with CPA firms to maximize government-sponsored incentives. We seek a Cost Segregation Project Manager/Engineer to deliver client-ready studies remotely, with optional nationwide 1099 subcontractor opportunities.

The role requires collaboration across teams and leadership to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant project execution. Travel for on-site reviews is occasionally required.

Qualifications

Education in engineering, architecture, accounting or related field.
2–3 years in cost segregation, construction or similar industry.
Strong analytical, communication and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel/Word) and plan interpretation.

Responsibilities

Construct and deliver cost segregation reports to company standards.
Perform field notes collection, OSRs, and asset documentation.
Classify building utilities per IRS MACRS guidance and value assets.
Input data into financial models and generate supporting documentation.
Communicate project status with team leads and clients.
