Job summary

Levelociti is seeking a Tax Manager for its Corporate Tax & ASC 740 practice, fully remote in the United States. The role focuses on C-Corp and partnership taxation, ASC 740 provisions, and strategic client advisory. You will mentor staff and drive tax projects for a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of public accounting and tax experience.
• Strong technical experience with C-Corporation and Partnership taxation.
• Hands-on ASC 740 tax provision experience.
• Experience managing complex tax engagements and client relationships.
• Experience supervising and developing junior staff.
• Active CPA or EA license.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex C-Corp and partnership tax compliance and advisory projects for a diverse client base.
• Prepare and review ASC 740 income tax provisions, including current and deferred calculations.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop Senior and Staff-level team members.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and communicate strategic recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with Audit and Advisory teams on cross-functional client needs.
• Take on increasing leadership responsibility with a clear path toward Partner.
