Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Corporate Lawyer to join its globally distributed legal team. You will provide high-level legal support across multiple business units in a remote-first environment, handling a diverse portfolio of matters and ensuring robust compliance.

Responsibilities include advising on corporate and commercial matters, drafting and negotiating international contracts, and overseeing external counsel while shaping policies to strengthen governance and risk

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent from a reputable institution.
• Admitted to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 7 years in corporate law with international exposure.
• Proven expertise in contract negotiation, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong research, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
