You will leverage 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company to analyze deals, prepare board and executive committee materials, and craft compelling PowerPoint decks with meticulous attention to detail.

You set your own schedule, committing 5–20 hours per week (or more). Start date ASAP, compensation is $100/hour, paid within 30 days of invoice after project closes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
