Job summary

DMS International in Silver Spring, MD, seeks a Corporate Development Administrator (CDA) to support corporate development, business development and task order management. The CDA serves as the primary point of contact with customers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders for all corporate development activities.

The role requires PMI PMP certification (highly desirable) with three or more years in a corporate development setting, plus strong contract, project lifecycle and risk management

Qualifications

• PMI PMP certification is desirable with 3+ years in corporate development.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent task/delivery orders in a federal contracting environment.
• Strong knowledge of contract, project lifecycle, risk and performance management.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as MS Project or Jira.
• Experience reviewing collateral and developing executive dashboards and reports.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for corporate development between DMS, its customers and partners.
• Oversee responses to task/delivery orders, ensuring on-schedule, within-budget delivery and quality.
• Establish and lead cross-functional teams for responses to orders, promoting collaboration.
• Experience with WBS, IMP, IMS, Gantt charts and project management docs; use MS Project or Jira.
• Apply PM methodologies to improve efficiency and coordinate schedules and delivery dates.
• Coordinate access to client-provided systems and portals where applicable.
• Respond proactively to evolving priorities while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
