Responsibilities

• Show up for the unglamorous general maintenance nobody volunteers for
• Own assigned projects from kickoff through final delivery
• Use Strategic Planning to streamline routine tasks and free up capacity
• Keep Strategic Planning handoffs warm so Stillwater partners never feel dropped
• Partner with peers to troubleshoot issues and share practical knowledge
• Onboard, mentor, and guide newer team members when called upon
• Question the brief when the brief doesn't match reality
• Provide hands-on support to colleagues and EY clients as needed
