Responsibilities

Serve as the technical procedure and product expert in hospital settings.
Meet with physicians and hospital staff to identify clinical needs and demonstrate how vascular products help achieve goals.
Build relationships with hospital personnel and identify key decision makers.
Provide clinical support in case coverage, troubleshooting, and in‑service education for company products.
Educate customers on product usage through presentations and demonstrations.
Attend clinical procedures to ensure customer and patient success with vascular products.
Respond to customer needs and complaints with feasible solutions and collaborate with sales, research, marketing, and development teams.
