Qualifications

• Earned doctorate in clinical psychology from an APA- or regionally accredited program.
• Licensure as a clinical psychologist in good standing.
• Demonstrated commitment to Saybrook University’s mission and DEIB principles.
• Experience teaching graduate-level psychology and supervising theses/dissertations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality online and in-person courses, with inclusive pedagogy.
• Advise graduate students and supervise research projects and dissertations.
• Conduct, supervise, and disseminate scholarly research in clinical psychology.
• Participate in department meetings and contribute to curriculum development and assessment.
• Support student well-being, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
