Job summary

Catapult Staffing Group is hiring two Deposit Operations Analysts to support core banking conversions for banks and credit unions nationwide. You’ll help through design, data mapping, testing, training, and go-live, with a clear path to a permanent role after 18 months.

You’ll travel 50–60% and work extended hours during testing and go-live, including evenings and weekends. A bachelor’s degree in finance or business is a plus, and 5–7 years of deposit operations experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of banking experience with DDA or back-office deposit operations
• Strong knowledge of deposit parameters and configuration
• Experience with core platforms: SilverLake (preferred), CIF 20/20, Core Director or Symitar
• Experience with testing, validation, and implementation
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Willingness to travel 50–60% and work extended hours during testing/go-live

Responsibilities

• Support core conversions and implementations from design through post-conversion
• Review conversion data and mapping for deposit/DDA products
• Configure and validate deposit account parameters
• Train financial institution staff on new core software
• Run testing and validation, and resolve operational issues as they come up
• Travel to client sites for implementation and go-live support (usually 1–2 trips a month, 6–9 days each)
