About the Job:

Ro is on a mission to change the healthcare industry. We’re looking for a sharp, creative Copywriter to join our growing in-house marketing team. You’ll write copy that connects; turning complex health topics into clear, compelling content that meets people where they are.

We’re seeking someone with 3–4 years of experience and the writing skills to build data-informed copy that empowers individuals to make proactive, informed decisions about their health. You should believe that brand creatives can make neutral, clinically sounding health info accessible to all.

You’ll partner closely with various teams to ideate and produce thoughtful content for Ro’s expanding portfolio of care verticals. This is a hands-on role where you’ll utilize your writing and strategic thinking skills daily.

About You:

You’re a natural communicator with strong empathy and voice. You love turning briefs into memorable content. You enjoy collaboration but are also proactive and able to run with ideas. You have a passion for testing and iterating—headline A/B testing excites you. You care about health, accessibility, and helping people feel confident in their own skin.

Responsibilities:
  • Write clear, engaging copy for social media, web, email, product, and more
  • Conceptualize and develop ideas collaboratively with the team
  • Maintain a can-do attitude, ensuring tasks are done correctly
  • Implement Ro’s distinctive brand voice, balancing evocative and empathetic tones
  • Use insights to create conversion-focused copy and optimize performance
  • Collaborate on launches, campaigns, and initiatives
  • Stay updated on digital culture and creative trends to keep Ro ahead
  • Partner with Legal and Medical teams to ensure content is compliant, accurate, and trustworthy
  • Show curiosity and passion for Ro’s mission to help people meet their health goals
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3–4 years of copywriting experience, preferably in DTC or health-related fields
  • A portfolio demonstrating versatile, high-quality writing across formats
  • Passion for creating smart, human, impactful content
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, and email
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills; grammar is important
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities without sacrificing quality
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and collaboratively
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a strong point of view aligned with our culture
