Lush is seeking a Copywriter to grow brand value by collaborating with the Creative team and sharing best practices across channels, including digital, print, email, and packaging.

You’ll craft persuasive copy for multiple audiences, brainstorm campaigns, and support marketing projects from concept to delivery, while mentoring junior team members and ensuring on-brand messaging across assets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Creative Writing, Journalism, Marketing or related experience.
• 3+ years of agency or in-house writing experience.
• Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience developing film and video assets, including scriptwriting, casting, editing, sound design, and voiceover direction.
• Experience in writing advertising (digital and print), brand messaging, web copy, and other marketing collateral.

Responsabilidades

• Write, review and edit copy for external-facing assets including lightbox copy, web copy, email, editorial blog posts, social posts, retail signage and more.
• Ensure grammar, spelling and tone of voice are accurate and in line with the Lush style guide.
• Conceptualize and present outside-the-box ideas for upcoming marketing campaigns.
• Support overarching marketing projects from concept to delivery.
• Research to create compelling content or come up with ideas.
• Provide mentorship and guidance for junior team members.
• Work with Film and Photo team to develop and produce creative for video assets.
• Generate original, clear and persuasive stories, in collaboration with others or independently.
• Proofread content written by others to ensure engagement and on-brand.
• Develop concepts aligned with strategic goals outlined in briefs.
• Champion high creative standards and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
• Work with Creative team to ensure copy in layouts is accurate prior to release.
• Adhere to tight deadlines and accommodate last-minute changes while meeting brand standards.
• Proactively seek information or communicate with internal teams as needed.
