Job summary

LOVB is seeking a Coordinating Producer, Content & Media to oversee content planning and production for over 100 live matches across linear, streaming, and social platforms. Remote (U.S.-based) with occasional travel.

Reporting to the Executive Producer, you will ensure the broadcast team has the assets and support needed to deliver match coverage that is exciting, informative, and aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of live sports production workflows and broadcast assets.
• Proven ability to manage multiple production work streams in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience directing freelancers and production assistants on tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead content planning and production for live broadcasts across platforms.
• Coordinate with game producers to identify content needs, storylines, and sponsorship commitments.
• Oversee video edits, graphics builds, and asset delivery from ideation to approval.
• Establish efficient workflows for timely delivery and real-time adaptation.
