Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiar with technology and its use in the field.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong situational awareness and hazard recognition.
• Mechanical aptitude with basic equipment maintenance.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to tow and maneuver trailers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Remote Control Mower Operation.
• Safely operate remote-controlled mowing equipment in various terrain.
• Maintain designated mowing areas per standards and client specs.
• Evaluate job sites for hazards before starting work.
• Adjust mowing techniques based on terrain, weather, and site conditions.
• Equipment Inspection & Maintenance.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of RC mowing equipment and trailers.
• Perform routine maintenance including cleaning, lubrication, blade inspection, track inspection, and fluid checks.
• Identify equipment issues and promptly report repair needs.
• Maintain equipment in a clean, safe, and professional condition.
• Follow all safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Wear required PPE at all times.
• Report accidents, near misses, equipment damage, or safety concerns promptly.
• Safely load, secure, transport, and unload equipment between job sites.
• Set up work zones using appropriate traffic control and safety devices when required.
• Additional Duties: Communicate with supervisors regarding daily progress, site conditions, and scheduling needs.
• Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers and the public.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
