Century Golf Partners seeks a Golf Course Equipment Operator to manage safe operation of large turf machinery and support course conditioning. You will perform daily equipment checks, mow fairways and greens to specified heights, and assist with bunker work and irrigation support.
The role demands working outdoors in various weather, weekend and holiday availability, and adherence to PPE and safety procedures. Prior experience with golf course equipment and a valid license are preferred.
Golf Course Equipment Operator is a mid-level position responsible for the safe operation of motorized turf equipment used in golf course maintenance. This role builds on laborer experience and introduces more complex mowing and operational tasks that directly impact course conditioning. Operators in this role are expected to demonstrate care in machine handling and perform light preventative maintenance.
Outdoors in heat and humidity, with exposure to lawn maintenance equipment, chemicals, and computers for recordkeeping and scheduling.
Golf maintenance operates 7 days/week. Early mornings and weekend work is required as part of a rotating crew schedule.
