Jobs for the Future (JFF) is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee contracts administration across departments. You will coordinate with Program, Organizational Services, the Finance Team, and senior leadership to guide the end-to-end vendor contracting process, including drafting, negotiation, review, and approval.

The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, coaching staff on templates, and supporting compliance and risk management throughout the contract lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing MSAs, NDAs, FP/Time & Materials contracts and subawards.
• 3–5 years of professional contracts experience across full-time, part-time, internship, and freelance roles.
• Ability to edit contract clauses in response to changing terms.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and revise agreements using templates, tools, and guidelines.
• Manage full cycle of service requests for contracts and related legal documents from request to execution.
• Provide research and due diligence on vendors and vendor contracts as needed.
• Run and disseminate periodic reports using tracking tools.
• Coach staff on drafting/editing forms, templates, and agreements.
