Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Contracts Manager to plan, administer and optimize our contract lifecycle, ensuring full compliance with government requirements and effective coordination with Program Managers. The role focuses on day‑to‑day contracting, subcontract administration, and reporting, serving as the pivotal liaison with government officials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Professional certification through NCMA (CFCM or CPCM) or equivalent preferred or obtainable within 3 years.
• Minimum of five (5) years government contract management experience with knowledge of FAR/DFAR and contract law.
• Strong oral and written communication; ability to brief stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations is a plus.
• Detail oriented; ability to handle confidential information; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain contracts and subcontracts, CDRLs, reports, and billing requests.
• Draft and issue subcontracts; negotiate terms with major subcontractors.
• Maintain contract records and archival files for compliance.
• Oversee contract financing; ensure accurate billing and reporting.
• Coordinate audits with external agencies and respond to inquiries.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
