Job summary

The role partners with internal teams, suppliers, and legal professionals to mitigate risk and improve contracting processes while handling equipment, service, development, and SOWs.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of related experience, proficiency with contract lifecycle systems, and strong collaboration skills in a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in contract management, negotiation, procurement, legal operations, or related field.
• Experience drafting and negotiating procurement contracts and statements of work.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems and MS Office applications.

This position partners closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and legal professionals to facilitate efficient contracting processes, manage risk, and improve contract management practices across the organization.
