YO AI Labs seeks experienced Contracts Attorneys to support a confidential legal AI project. You will review MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs, perform redlines, and provide clear legal analysis to help train and evaluate AI systems.

The role is remote (US based) with deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Requires JD, active US bar, 4+ years of transactional experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and ability to draft explanations for redlines and revisions.
